Frame Warranty
Any frame returned within a year of purchase date with manufacturer’s defects* will be replaced for a service charge of $15 (if frame is still available).
Lens Warranties
- Scratch coated lens warranty: Any lens returned within a year of purchase date with manufacturer’s defect* will be replaced one time for a service charge of $10. Replacement lenses must duplicate the original order (prescription, material, and lens treatment).
- Anti-reflective lens warranty: Any lens returned within a year of purchase date with a manufacturer’s defect* will be replaced for a service charge of $30.
Adaptation Warranties
- Prescription changes made by the doctor, within 30 days of purchase date will be done one time at no charge. 31-90 days you will receive 50% credit on replacement lenses. After 90 days lenses will warrant no credit and be replaced as full cost.
- Progressive lens warranty: Any progressive lenses returned within 30 days of purchase date can be exchanged for full credit toward another type of lens. Within 31-60 days you will receive 50% credit on replacement lenses; After 90 days lenses will warrant no credit and be replaced at full cost.
*Manufacturer reserves the right not to warranty any product due to misuse and abuse of product and will NOT be replaced.
